Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund,return or exchange.
1 Start the return process within 7 days of receiving your item.
2 Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
3 We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
4 Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 5 days of receipt of the item.
5 We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Damaged/ Not as described products:
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
1 Sending you replacement parts or accessories
2 Replacing the product or issue a refund and we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
3 If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued
